Added a new temporary license provision allowing military members with 3+ years of out-of-state licensure to practice for up to 90 days while their application is pending review.

Added new requirements in subsection (b) for expedited licenses, specifying that applicants must hold an out-of-state license for at least 5 consecutive years.

Added subsection (m) establishing a temporary license process for military members and spouses while their application is under review.
