Animal abuse-predatory animals.

This bill creates a new criminal offense for failing to immediately kill a predatory animal injured or disabled by a vehicle. It applies to anyone using cars, trucks, snowmobiles, or similar vehicles to harm such animals (defined in Wyoming law). Violators face misdemeanor penalties of up to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fines, or suspension of hunting privileges for up to 3 years. Game and fish officers will enforce these provisions. The law would take effect July 1, 2025.
