AN ACT relating to higher education; providing that a prescribed career- technical aptitude assessment score may be used to satisfy a requirement for Hathaway scholarship eligibility; revising terminology related to the career- technical aptitude assessment; providing that three (3) consecutive years of instruction in an elective pathway are required for the success curriculum for honors and performance Hathaway scholarships; repealing conflicting provisions; specifying applicability; and providing for an effective date.
