ENFORCEMENT

A new subsection (c) requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to submit a report to both the House and Senate Homeland Security Committees identifying any institution of higher education that maintains a relationship with a Confucius Institute or Chinese entity of concern while still receiving DHS funds.
