Added Braxton County High School to the list of participating institutions in the Southeastern District consortium.

Added provision allowing participating institutions to partner with community and technical colleges outside their designated region if the assigned facilitating college does not offer the requested program within two years of a formal request.

Added effective date of 90 days from passage (July 6, 2025) and certification of enrollment by legislative clerks.
