An act relating to creating the municipal emergency shelter program and reimbursing municipal corporations for costs associated with emergency housing programs

This bill creates a state program allowing Vermont municipalities to operate emergency shelters meeting disaster response standards, directly affecting towns and cities that provide such housing.
