Grazing Amendments

Corrected line numbering and formatting in Section 6 to properly reflect the grazing permit approval requirements, removing redundant numbering and ensuring consistent text flow.

Division of Wildlife Resources must now obtain approval from three entities (local land use authority, Department of Natural Resources, and Department of Agriculture and Food) before purchasing or acquiring grazing permits.

If the three approval agencies do not deny a grazing permit request within 60 days, the request is considered approved.

Division must annually report to the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environmental Quality Appropriations Subcommittee about fund amounts, sources, and expenditures.

Section numbering was adjusted to accommodate the new subsections, with subsection (6) becoming subsection (7) in the final version.
