Allows the state board to email school employees for official communication with 48-hour notice and limits to three times per year.
Permits the Senate president and House speaker to jointly email school employees for legislative education matters with similar notice and frequency limits.
Prohibits using school employee email addresses for political activities or sharing them with third parties.
Sets the effective date of the bill to July 1, 2025.
