Added new subsection (c-1) creating a presumption that documents are not fraudulent when the filer provides supporting documentation with the property owner's signature at the time of filing or upon request.

Added new subsection (d-1) establishing that supporting documentation is confidential and exempt from public disclosure under Chapter 552, and may be submitted without civil process.
