Relating to the use of the Department of Public Safety image verification system for the purpose of verifying an individual's identity; authorizing a fee.

SB 1100 allows the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to use its existing image verification system to confirm an individual's identity upon request, primarily for law enforcement purposes.
