Relating to the required approval of certain hospital visits as a condition of release on parole or to mandatory supervision for certain releasees and to the hospital's liability for damages resulting from those visits.

New subsections (d) through (f) require the Department of State Health Services to create and maintain an electronic database containing contact information for hospital law enforcement contacts, and establish liability protections for the department when using this database for notifications.

Added certification signatures, voting records, and official approval language required for the enrolled version of the bill to be presented to the Governor.
