Relating to a pay raise for certain state employees.

HB 74 would provide a $10,000 annual salary increase for full-time state employees, including public university staff, during the 2025-2027 state fiscal biennium. Part-time employees would receive a proportional increase based on their hours worked relative to full-time hours. The bill excludes legislators and board members who receive per diem or expense reimbursement instead of a salary. It takes effect 91 days after the legislative session ends.
