TennCare - As introduced, enacts the "TennCare Buy-In Act." - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 10 and Title 71, Chapter 5.

Enrollment requires an application through online, mail, or in-person channels, with eligibility determined within 60 days and annual renewal required.
