County Government - As introduced, requires each county to create a county ethics commission. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 6 and Title 5.

HB 1451 requires every Tennessee county to establish an ethics commission by January 1, 2027. Each commission must have six members: two appointed by the county mayor and four by the county legislative body, with equal representation from majority and minority parties.
