Education, Higher - As enacted, makes revisions to the law relative to confirmation of membership on the board of regents for the State University and Community College System; the Tennessee Promise Scholarship Act of 2014; the Wilder-Naifeh technical skills grant; and dual enrollment grants for high school students. - Amends TCA Title 49.
