Children - As enacted, requires, if a person is convicted of parentage fraud, the judge or jury to ascertain the value of any child support paid by the victim in reliance upon the parentage fraud, and to order the defendant to pay restitution of that value of child support to the victim, if not previously restored to the victim; authorizes a victim of parentage fraud to bring a cause of action to recover other financial support made in reliance upon the parentage fraud. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 20; Title 24; Title 26; Title 29; Title 36; Title 37; Title 38; Title 40; Title 68 and Title 71.
