Judges and Chancellors - As enacted, requires the board of judicial conduct to provide a complainant with a copy of the hearing panel's findings and judgment and the board's formal finding of fact and opinion and any sanction imposed; allows a complainant to appeal the board's decision to the Tennessee supreme court. - Amends TCA Title 17.
