Criminal Offenses - As introduced, increases the penalty for use or possession of drug paraphernalia from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class E felony if the drug paraphernalia used or possessed is a pill press device or pieces of a pill press device. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4.
