Autopsies - As enacted, clarifies that the reports of county medical examiners and autopsy reports of minors whose manner of death is listed as a homicide are generally not public documents; authorizes such reports to be released or inspected if certain conditions are met. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.

Families of these minors can access the reports if they are not suspects in the case and provide consent, or if a judge approves the release based on a specific need.
