Labor - As introduced, requires the department of labor and workforce development to conduct a study of the Child Labor Act of 1976 and the Tennessee Protection of Minor Performers Act, and to report its findings to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, the speaker of the senate, and the legislative librarian no later than December 1, 2023. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 50.
