Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As introduced, expands the list of retired members of TCRS who may work more than 120 days while continuing to draw retirement allowance to include teachers and school bus drivers if a director of schools certifies that no other certified person is qualified and available for the position. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 35; Title 8, Chapter 36; Title 8, Chapter 37 and Title 49.
