Firefighters - As enacted, enacts the "Barry Brady Act," which creates a presumption that certain conditions or impairments of full-time firefighters caused by certain cancers arose out of employment unless the contrary is shown by competent medical evidence. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 51, Part 2.
