Health, Dept. of - As introduced, directs the commissioner to develop a plan for ensuring that 90 percent of pregnant women in this state have access to prenatal care and to report findings to the health committee of the house of representatives and the health and welfare committee of the senate by February 1, 2021. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
