Sunset Laws - As enacted, extends the department of finance and administration to June 30, 2024; requires the department to appear before the government operations committee by June 30, 2020, to update the committee on the department's progress in addressing audit report findings relating to records disposition authorizations. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 4, Chapter 3.
