Cannon County - Subject to local approval, alters the allocation of the hotel/motel tax by distributing an amount not to exceed the amount collected in the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2018, to the chamber of commerce and the remainder to be appropriated by the county commission for any lawful purpose. - Amends Chapter 23 of the Private Acts of 2013.
