Consumer Protection - As enacted, deletes all provisions concerning beauty pageants, including registration of operators; cancellations and refunds; penalties; and remedies under the Consumer Protection Act for violations. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2; Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 2 and Section 67-6-330.
