Local Education Agencies - As introduced, changes the method by which advertisement of the sale of surplus property by local school systems must occur; allows the local board of education to determine the method of advertisement; requires the local board to advertise at least seven days prior to sale. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
