Education, Higher - As introduced, requires that the written statement provided to an institution of higher education by a parent, guardian, or adult student stating that a meningococcal vaccination conflicts with the religious tenets and practices of the parent, guardian, or adult student must be signed by the person providing the statement. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7.
