Trusts - As introduced, authorizes trustees of revocable trusts to publish notice of a settlor's death to creditors if letters testamentary or of administration have not been issued to a personal representative and the representative's corresponding notice requirements to creditors have not been discharged. - Amends TCA Title 30 and Title 35.
