A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 44-17-412 SO AS TO ALLOW PARENTS TO MAKE CERTAIN HEALTHCARE DECISIONS FOR CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN IF THE CHILD QUALIFIES AS A DEPENDENT ON AND IS COVERED BY THE PARENTS' HEALTH INSURANCE.
