A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 44-63-110, RELATING TO FEES CHARGED FOR COPIES OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES, SO AS TO WAIVE THE FEES FOR HOMELESS PERSONS AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE AGED OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 56-1-3350, RELATING TO ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS, AND FEES CHARGED, SO AS TO WAIVE THE FEES FOR HOMELESS PERSONS AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE AGED OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM.
