A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 17-13-150, RELATING TO THE FURNISHING OF COPIES OF WARRANTS TO PERSONS SUBJECT TO SEARCH WARRANTS, SO AS TO REMOVE PROVISIONS REQUIRING A COPY OF THE AFFIDAVIT AND REQUIRE A COPY OF THE INVENTORY BE PROVIDED IF DEMANDED BY THE PERSON WHOSE PROPERTY IS TAKEN SUBJECT TO A SEARCH WARRANT.
