A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 57-7-230, RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF SPEED-CONTROL DEVICES, SO AS TO INCREASE THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT FOR ROADS OR STREETS UPON WHICH MUNICIPALITIES OR COUNTIES MAY CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN SPEED-CONTROL DEVICES.
