AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 62-3-108, RELATING TO PROBATE, TESTACY, APPOINTMENT PROCEEDINGS, AND ULTIMATE TIME LIMIT, SO AS TO ALLOW APPROPRIATE APPOINTMENT PROCEEDINGS IN RELATION TO AN INDIVIDUAL'S ESTATE, REGARDLESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S DATE OF DEATH, FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A CLAIM TO BE MADE PURSUANT TO THE "SERGEANT FIRST CLASS HEATH ROBINSON HONORING OUR PROMISE TO ADDRESS COMPREHENSIVE TOXICS ACT OF 2022". - RATIFIED TITLE
