A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 2-1-260 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION OF A COUNTY TO REMOVE FOR CAUSE A DELEGATION APPOINTEE TO A BOARD, COMMISSION, OR COUNCIL, OR A MEMBER OF A BOARD, COMMISSION, OR COUNCIL WHOM THE COUNTY DELEGATION FORMALLY RECOMMENDED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC OFFICIAL OR ENTITY FOR APPOINTMENT AFTER THE MEMBER IS GIVEN A WRITTEN STATEMENT OF REASONS AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD.
