A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 42-1-560(b) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE RIGHT TO COMPENSATION NOT AFFECTED BY LIABILITY OF THIRD PARTIES, TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS AND TO PROVIDE THAT ATTORNEY FEES SHALL BE PAID FROM THE FUNDS RECOVERED FOR THE CARRIER FROM THE LIABLE THIRD PARTY.
