A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-15, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DRIVER'S LICENSE EXAMINATION BY PERSONS, CORPORATIONS, OR GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISIONS UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES MUST ENTER INTO CONTRACTS WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TO OFFER THIS SERVICE TO CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS.
