AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- EXCISE ON MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAILERS (Requires the director the department of revenue to file annual reports, beginning on January 1, 2021 with the general assembly. Making recommendations and findings concerning the financial feasibility of the motor vehicle excise tax phase-out.)

AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC FINANCE -- DISCLOSURE BY THE STATE INVESTMENT COMMISSIONS OF PERFORMANCE AND EXPENSES OF RETIREMENT SYSTEM INVESTMENT MANAGERS (Requires the general treasurer to maintain its transparent treasury initiative to assist the public in accessing information regarding how state pension investments are managed and performing.)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES--COMBINATION PLATES (increases the upper gross weight limit for vehicles eligible for a combination plate from eleven thousand four hundred pounds (11,400 lbs.) to eleven thousand eight hundred pounds (11,800 lbs.).)
