AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- LIABILITY INSURANCE (Requires liability insurance to cover loss of use of a rental motor vehicle. A claim for loss of use would be limited to reasonable and necessary expenses for the time to repair or replace the rental vehicle.)

AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES-RETAIL LICENSES (Allows the Town of Cumberland’s board of licenses to approve the liquor license application for a business located at 88 Broad Street on tax assessor’s map plat 2 lot 32, plat 2 lot 51 and plat 2 lot 52.)

AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS - SMALL CELL SITING ACT (Creates the "Small Cell Siting Act", which specifies how local authorities may regulate the collocation of small wireless facilities and small wireless facility networks.)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - MISCELLANEOUS RULES (Amends the law prohibiting texting while operating a motor vehicle to clarify that drivers are permitted to make phone calls or use GPS navigation tools and applications.)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES (Subjects toll violators of out-of-state tolled projects to license and registration denial under certain circumstances)

AN ACT RELATING TO CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PARTNERSHIPS -- WORKERS' COOPERATIVES (Creates a statutory vehicle for the creation and functioning of workers' cooperatives which are corporations that are owned and democratically governed by their members.)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES-SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES (Creates a special motor vehicle registration plates for the Salt Water Anglers Association.)
