AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- PEER-TO-PEER CAR SHARING PROGRAM (Provides that peer-to-peer car sharing, peer-to-peer car sharing programs, and peer-to-peer car sharing program agreements are not considered rental vehicles.)

AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS INSURANCE POLICIES (Limits the copayment or coinsurance requirement on specialty drugs to one hundred fifty dollars ($150) for a thirty (30) day supply.)

AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- RHODE ISLAND HOPE SCHOLARSHIP PILOT PROGRAM ACT (Establishes the Rhode Island hope scholarship pilot program to provide two-year scholarships to junior and seniors at Rhode Island college.)

AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS -- RHODE ISLAND UTILITY FAIR SHARE ROADWAY REPAIR ACT (Requires utilities to follow STIP project schedules. Requires permits for non-road repairs. Prohibits expenses and penalties to be paid with rate payer increases.)

AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- LEAD POISONING PREVENTION ACT (Establishes a lead water supply replacement program for public and private service lines and requires disclosure to tenants and buyers of real property of the presence of lead service lines.)

AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL LICENSES (Exempts any proposed retailers’ Class BV license to be located at 225 Waterman Street, Plat 14, Lot 508 in the city of Providence from the two hundred feet (200’) requirement from the premises of schools or places of worship.)

AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- RHODE ISLAND HOPE SCHOLARSHIP PILOT PROGRAM ACT (Establishes the Rhode Island hope scholarship pilot program to provide two-year scholarships to junior and seniors at Rhode Island college.)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- PARKING FACILITIES AND PRIVILEGES (Requires electric vehicle parking spaces in new and expanded parking lots.)

AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- LICENSING OF HEALTHCARE FACILITIES (Sepsis and septic shock best practices for hospital and emergency care facilities.)

AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- LIABILITY INSURANCE -- RENTAL VEHICLE COVERAGE (Provides that if liability is accepted by causing a total loss of the other party’s vehicle, coverage for a rental vehicle for no less than an additional seven (7) days be provided.)
