AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- PHARMACEUTICAL REDISTRIBUTION PROGRAM ACT (Authorizes the creation and implementation of a Pharmaceutical Redistribution program by the department of health (DOH) and the board of pharmacy to commence operations on January 1, 2023.)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES (Same as 21H-6044 --Creates a special license plate for the not for profit Atlantic Shark Institute.)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- OPERATORS' AND CHAUFFEURS' LICENSES -- SCHOOL BUS DRIVER TRAINING (Requires, in order to maintain their certifications, that school bus drivers to pass written state examinations once every ten (10) years, instead of annually, as the current law requires.)

AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING (Provides for the establishment of the repurposing of vacant and unused school and other municipal buildings for affordable housing program, within the Rhode Island housing corporation.)

AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING (Directs the division of statewide planning to maintain records and prepare an annual status report on low and moderate income housing applications.)

AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCT DONATION ACT (Provides for immunity provisions for persons involved in donating feminine hygiene products to charitable or nonprofit organizations.)

AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING (Revises the comprehensive permitting process and the appeals process in regard to low and moderate income housing. It also adds two (2) additional alternates to the state housing appeals board.)

AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING (Provides that the Rhode Island housing resources commission would promulgate regulations for the selection and appointment of approved monitoring agents to oversee affordable housing units.)

AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING (Amends the composition of the state housing appeals board by adding one member from the Center for Justice and one member Direct Action for Rights and Equality, as well as two (2) alternates selected by the governor.)

AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- ZONING ORDINANCES (Eliminates the restrictions on accessory dwelling units and allows for accessory apartments and affordable accessory apartments as a matter of right.)
