SENATE RESOLUTION WELCOMING SCOUTING AMERICA, NARRAGANSETT COUNCIL, TO THE RHODE ISLAND STATE HOUSE AND JOYFULLY CELEBRATING SCOUTING MONTH IN FEBRUARY
