HOUSE RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND CONGRATULATING THE MEMBERS AND COACH OF THE WHEELER SCHOOL TEAM ON THEIR 1ST PLACE VICTORY AT THE 42ND RHODE ISLAND ACADEMIC DECATHLON
