HOUSE RESOLUTION THANKING VICTOR M. MENDOZA FOR HIS MORE THAN FORTY YEARS OF DISTINGUISHED PUBLIC SERVICE ON BEHALF OF THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY IN RHODE ISLAND
