HOUSE RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING THE HONORABLE AARON LEY, PH.D. ON THE ACCREDITATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF RHODE ISLAND'S MASTER OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM BY THE NETWORK OF SCHOOLS OF PUBLIC POLICY, AFFAIRS, AND ADMINISTRATION
