AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- RHODE ISLAND COMMERCE CORPORATION -- QUALIFIED DATA CENTERS LOCATION INCENTIVE

HB 6097, titled "Qualified Data Centers Location Incentive," aims to encourage the development and operation of data centers in Rhode Island.
