AN ACT TO VACATE THE FORFEITURE OR REVOCATION OF THE CHARTER OF NEW ENGLAND RACING FUEL, INC.

This bill allows New England Racing Fuel, Inc. to restore its corporate charter after it was revoked. To regain its legal status, the company must file all required tax returns, pay any owed taxes, and submit necessary reports and fees to the secretary of state by December 31, 2024. Once these conditions are met and verified, the revocation is cancelled, and the corporation resumes all its previous rights and responsibilities. The law takes effect immediately upon passing the legislature.
