AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION - STATE TAX OFFICIALS (Effective January 1, 2023, creates Superior Court jurisdiction over all appeals of tax administrators concerning assessment, deficiency, refund claim, license or permit. It creates an exemption for the taxpayer from prepayment as a condition precedent.)
