AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- COVERAGE FOR MENTAL ILLNESS AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE (Increases reimbursement rates for behavioral health providers over a five (5) year period. The minimum increase per year would be four percent (4%) resulting in a total increase of twenty-three and four tenths percent (23.4%).)
