AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- EDUCATION EQUITY AND PROPERTY TAX RELIEF ACT (Provides that for FY 2020, the state pays the local share or contribution of charter public school tuition for its students in excess of 5% of the average of all pupils within school districts.)
